This is a great recipe! I did use the spicy Hidden Valley dry ranch and I also put two bags of cheese tortellini in it the last 5 minutes ....it was awesome! Even my boys liked it! I will definately make this one again!!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I tried this recipe because I had gotten the hindquarters really cheap... and wasn't sure what to do with them. The only thing that I had issues with is the baking temp and time! I started out at 375 with the chicken covered by foil. I let it go 30 minutes and then uncovered it... and let it go another 30 minutes. It still was not done. I bumped up the temp to the 425 and let it go another 15 minutes and it was finally done. I think the next time I make this... I will do what the original recipe called for. Oh yeh, I will also use low sodium soy since I could hardly bend my fingers they were so swelled in the morning. :) Really Yummy!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
Great recipe! I did use brown sugar instead of white sugar... and it came out great! I found if you use the frozen strawberries right out of the freezer, they are too solid. I actually microwaved mine to soften them up just a bit. I think next time I will leave the strawberries on the counter a little while before I am actually going to use them. Another tip is to make sure to "seal" the edges when you put the cream cheese mixture in. Otherwise the liquid jello will seep into the pretzels and make them soggy! I will make this again.

Sister Schubert's® Herb Garlic and Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
So I changed this recipe a little bit. I used Rhodes dinner rolls. This was for Christmas dinner and there were kids present. I thought that the kids may not like all of the spices.... so I left some plain. BIG mistake! The kids loved them!!! In fact everyone ate the seasoned ones, and left the plain ones. I did serve butter on the side, but everyone liked them as is. Would definatley make again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
This is a wonderful recipe! I know that some other reviewers had trouble forming the ball. I took a sheet of saran wrap and layed it on the counter. Then I dumped the mix onto the plastic wrap. You can then gather the plastic up around the dough and form it into a ball. This way it doesn't stick to your hands! Then you just let it roll onto the plate that you will be serving on. Works like a charm. then I sprinkled the toffee bits on the ball and gently patted them into the surface of the ball. Your family and friends will enjoy this one!!!
