Taco Soup III
This is a great recipe! I did use the spicy Hidden Valley dry ranch and I also put two bags of cheese tortellini in it the last 5 minutes ....it was awesome! Even my boys liked it! I will definately make this one again!!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I tried this recipe because I had gotten the hindquarters really cheap... and wasn't sure what to do with them. The only thing that I had issues with is the baking temp and time! I started out at 375 with the chicken covered by foil. I let it go 30 minutes and then uncovered it... and let it go another 30 minutes. It still was not done. I bumped up the temp to the 425 and let it go another 15 minutes and it was finally done. I think the next time I make this... I will do what the original recipe called for. Oh yeh, I will also use low sodium soy since I could hardly bend my fingers they were so swelled in the morning. :) Really Yummy!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Great recipe! I did use brown sugar instead of white sugar... and it came out great! I found if you use the frozen strawberries right out of the freezer, they are too solid. I actually microwaved mine to soften them up just a bit. I think next time I will leave the strawberries on the counter a little while before I am actually going to use them. Another tip is to make sure to "seal" the edges when you put the cream cheese mixture in. Otherwise the liquid jello will seep into the pretzels and make them soggy! I will make this again.
