I made it the first time as written and it was very easy and yummy. The second time I forgot my grocery list and so had to buy the ingredients from memory. I ended up with all the core ingredients but also added a can of black beans, rotel and ground turkey. It was even better!

Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

very good! I accidentally used two peppers and twice the wine and olive oil. I also only had thin spaghetti and it was not too saucy at all. edit: I have made three times now. Once as written and the dish was rather dry then I doubled the sauce and it was perfect.

Cabbage Jambalaya

this looks so plain in the recipe but it is crazy good! THe only subs were I doubled the rice and liquid and subbed turkey for the beef. SO, SO good!

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

made a double batch and increased sugar to 1 cup. the result after 3 batches was 21 muffins each time. Also used white sugar, then 1/2 c white and 1/2 brown sugar, and then dark brown sugar. Prefer the 1/2 & 1/2 mixture.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

I FOLLOWED THIS RECIPE TO THE LETTER AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY GROSS.A TOTAL WASTE OF CHEESE, NOONE WOULD EVEN EAT MORE THAN 2 BITES.

Gooey Butter Cake III

I have made this and GOOEY BUTTER CAKE I. I prefer this recipe over the other, but this receipe is about 300% sweeter. I took both cakes to work for a potluck and 9/1 this cake was the winner

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

if you buy the more finely ground turkey, these turn out fantastic. Spray with Pam before setting on the grill and they come out much more moist and juicy!
