Just finished the chicken for dinner. I did use 1/4 cup flour with the cracker crumbs, added garlic and onion powder, used only 1/4 butter which I melted and poured over chicken after reading reviews. Baked for 30 min at 375. Chicken was very moist and although can see why some reviews say it was bland but to all of us a good bland! Everyone loved it. I only wish the coating would have been more crispy and thinking how to do that without over cooking the chicken. But even though excellent meal! Thanks for recipe.
