About this Cook
Full time working mamma of 3 boys, wife, business owner and REALTOR. My time spent here reflects my appreciation for good food and fellowship. I love seeing my family happy, food on the table for a household of boys brings big smiles! I enjoy taking time to cook something they'll love...
My favorite things to cook
We like to cook a little bit of everything. An array of choices is always nice... Often times it's pasta or cream sauce related!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Eating together is important to me. Great conversation and quality time happens when sitting down to eat a meal together. Sometimes we like to have "regulars" on specific days and of course, our favorite dishes for the holidays!
My cooking triumphs
I'm no chef, but I would say I'm try-umphant in the fact that I'm open to trying, and if it doesn't turn out, try again.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list. A tragic cookie story comes to mind, but I'll spare you the gooey details!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I use Johnsonville hot sausages purchased at the store. I just take them out of the casings and brown up the meat. I like to leave it in, the spices work nicely with the soup as we like a tad bit of kick in ours. Very true tribute, we make multiple pots at once and freeze it - no need to go to Olive Garden for soup and salad! Thanks for sharing!

Mexican Pizza I
Easy to make. I found it just as good to have only one taco shell at the base vs two. Less calories and you don't have to make as many. We'll make again, thanks for sharing!
