Jan's Chocolate Cake
WOW!!! This cake was amazingly moist. I added 2tsp of vanilla and substituted 1 cup of good fresh hot coffee for the boiling water. I also let my eggs and butter come to room temp. My cake was completely baked in 50mins. I made a chocolate cream cheese frosting to complete this wonderfully moist and flavorful cake.

Bread Pudding I
Great recipe! Just a few changes...used 10 slices of regular white bread and about 5 slices of potato bread, used just a bit over a cup of sugar, added 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and added 2 1/2 tsp of french vanilla extract. Also had to let it cook for about 45mins. Topped with a french vanilla caramel sauce. Amazing!!!!

Grandma's Corn Pudding
This was a GREAT recipe!!! Used only 4 eggs and a little bit more sugar. My daughter, who has never ate corn pudding, loved it and my mom, who is not fond of this dish, tasted mine and even took some home for my dad's dinner.... she called and asked me to make some more for her house.... unbelievable.
