Very easy recipie to make. For those who love cauliflower (like my husband) this is a great standby. For those who can take it or leave it, the cauliflower taste might be a bit too strong (as was my case) but a little bit of pepper helped.

Ciabatta

I haven't tried authentic Italian ciabatta but I can tell you that my husband who loves bread just raves about this recipie!!! We no longer have to buy bread at the store anymore...it's practically forbidden! For those that don't have the baking stones, simply splitting the dough into small casserole or baking dishes works well and gives the bread a nice form. Something else that has worked well is just to add all the yeast into the starter...the bread comes out just as good! Thank you for the recipie!!!

Fiesta Chicken Soup

Very tasty and easy to make recipie. I substitute pasta (angel hair or thinner) for the rice and sometimes just use 1/4 to 1/2 a cup broth to season the veggies and pasta. This makes it a great pasta dish when you're not in the mood for soup.

Stovetop Banana Pudding

Very simple recipie. The natural sweetness of the bananas is a wonderful surprise; not to mention having real pieces of fruit rather than just artificial flavor.
