Easy Meatloaf
I gave it 3 stars because I thought it could've been better and it seemed a little mushy to me. I didn't use 6 slices of bread to mix in because i didn't want it to be mushy but I did put 2 slices on the bottom to soak up any extra grease which worked. I did like the meatloaf though and everyone in my house did as well. I would def add more seasonings next time though. I did sautee the peppers and onions before hand which everyone liked. Maybe i should draion the sauteed things before mixing it in that could be why it was a bit mushy too. I wasn't so much mushy i guess just very moist. My boyfriend would prob give it 4 1/4 stars though. Super easy to make!

Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Yummy! I gave this recipe 5 stars because I don't like asaragus and was agaisnt eating it for the longest time. I tried this this morning and it was AMAZING FOR ASPARAGUS! It's still asaragus but I believe this is the best way to eat it. Modifications: 2 1/2 caps full of veg. oil (no olive oil in home) Sprinkled the parmasean on after i had it on the baking sheet with foil. (not on purpose just midread) and baked for about 12-15 mins. Loved it. Will be a healthy snack for me!

Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes
LOVE THIS RECIPE! It was my first making these. I'm now to cooking and I made this about 3 times in a week! My friend tried it all loved it. First time i did a test batch with 2 yams and reduced to 1 cup of sugar kept everything else the same and it was so so good! Thanks! This will be something I do very often.
