This is a great recipe, and I give it 5 stars even though I felt it would be (ONLY SLIGHTLY) lacking had I not tweaked it just a bit. I know everyone cringes about changes, but these are really minimal, and the soup would be very good without them. So here goes: I added a can of white corn, a little bit of thyme and sage, and melted a little cheese into the béchamel sauce before adding. Truly stellar. Thanks, Ellie11, for a fantastic recipe!
