Roasted Garlic Tyrokavteri

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
WOW this was amazing! I took it to a party and everyone loved it. I did not use the half & half and only about 2 Tbls. of the olive oil. Also took others' advice and reduced the lemon juice to 1/4 cup. Was PERFECT, will definitely be making this again (many, many times!)

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2007
WAY too much sugar and liquid. I had to thicken the sauce and it helped a little, but the sweetness was overwhelming and neither my husband or I ate much of it. We are very enthusiastic lovers of indian food and this recipe was very unauthentic and disappointing. Will not make again, at least not with adding more spices, reducing the liquid, and omitting the sugar.

Chinese Style Sesame Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2004
While the base of this sauce allows for freedom to experiment, as it stands I thought it was WAY WAY WAY TOO SWEET!!! I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I will cut the amount of sugar in half. I used it to stir fry some chicken and vegetables, but it didn't taste too authentic to me. Next time I'll add some ginger, scallions, and more soy sauce. Not bad to start with, though!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2004
Absolutely the BEST spinach dip I have ever made! It's a hit at every party, and everyone keeps asking for it. I usually double the recipe, otherwise it won't be enough to satisfy the crowd! Another note is that I don't roast the garlic, I just add a few teaspoons of garlic powder. If I could give it more stars, I would have!
