Pineapple Sweet Potatoes
I made this last year. When I asked my family about the sweet potatoes, they all asked for this recipe again. When I made this last year it was awesome. The flavor was fantastic! I used only half to 3/4 of the 20 oz can of pineapple, added 1 tbls of butter and topped with marshmallows at the end. The best part about this recipe it that it is not soggy or runny. This is now our favorite.

Nutty Wild Rice Salad with Kiwifruit and Red Grapes
I made this salad exactly to the recipe. It was great until the dressing was added. I would make this salad again but the lemon was way to strong. Three people tasted the salad before the dressing and after. No one really like it after the dressing was added the lemon made it too sour. I would use orange juice instead of lemon or less lemon juice.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad
This was the first time I ever made a salad like this. I followed the recipe exactly using toasted almonds instead of cashews, but I forgot to drain the mandarin oranges so there was about a half a can of juice in the recipe by mistake. I took this to a pot luck for a Karate Promotion for my son and I was nervous if anyone would like it. I was shocked. It was the first salad to go and people were going back for seconds. Thank you for your recipe it was a big hit for me since I wasnt sure what to make.
