Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was delicious and easy! I followed the directions with some improvements from other reviewers. I simmered the veggies (I used the frozen medley; carrots, peas, green beans and corn) and chicken in broth (not water) then strained the mix and kept the broth to use again later. Next I cooked the onion in some EVOO with garlic and tossed the chicken in to brown for a few minutes. Dumped in the other seasonings as suggested, allowed it to thicken, then I added a can of Cream of Chicken soup (with milk) so that there would be more gravy. Dumped the mixture in a 9x13 pan and dropped some Bisquick biscuit dough on top (just Bisquick mix and milk). Baked the whole thing for about 20 minutes on 425 degrees (or until bubbly and the biscuits were browned). Done. I'd definitely make again!
