Slow-Cooker Posole
it was good and easy but next time I will use something other than hominy.. great cooking aroma too. I used one can of red enchalada sauce and one yellow which had the jalapeno in also. I used chicken and beef but think that shredded meat would be better also.

Pepperoncini Beef
My dear darling daugher Amber made this for super bowl sunday and now I will be making for Easter Sunday. I like to color outside the lines and not do the typical ham or lamb or ram dish for Easter meat. She did according to recipe and did the provolone cheese and toasted buns but also made grilled onions to go on the top. Who needs Calgon when you cn get taken away by Pepperoncini Beef. AWESOME easy impressive and sinful! Can I rate this a 10?

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Another successful St Patrick dinner thanks to this recipe. Had a 3# corn beef so only used 3 cups water and 12 oz beer. Cooked corn beef seperate for 6 hrs in crock pot then added carrots. then after an hour poured off juice into large pan and cooked the cabbage. Then combined it all again. Did not do potatoes in mix but did the Pioneer Womans Crash Potatoes and topped with asiago cheese. Added a colorful green dish of sauteed kale and shredded brussel sprouts seasoned with garlic and red pepper flakes. Did the Skillet Soda Bread from Allrecipes using bread flour instead of regular white. Dessert was Pistachio Cake and Pistachio pudding. Put it on my all green dishes table and had a feast. Hubby said "You have cooked many good meals but this my dear was one of the very best"
