Easy Broccoli Salad

This is wow. I used stoneground horsersdish mustsrd, cut the broccoli up a bit more, and added quinoa for a complete lunch. Thanks Chef Jonn.

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

Tasty, this received lots of compliments and requests. I doubled the dressing and only used one can of beans. Made it the night before and just before serving added a fresh squeeze of lime juice.

Kitty Litter Cake

I've made this many times. Always a gross hit. My daughter is in charge of the poop. This time she totally melted one tootsie roll so she litterally (ha) painted it on the side of the box, much to my dismay. Then she took the black Halloween cat and backed him up next to the litter box. YUKKO -- too realistic. I'll get a pic one of these years.

Key Lime Pie VII

So wonderfully simple and perfection. HOWEVER, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk are only about 1 1/8 cup -- nowhere close to the required 3 cups. You need 3 cans. I use Greek yogurt because I always have it and it works beautifully.

Moroccan Spicy Carrot Salad

I have made these about 10 times. The first time I made it, I tasted it and tasted it until it was gone! I have made them per the original recipe and with Carols suggested changes. I like the lemon juice and use it when I have it and have also used rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar. I use 1/4 tsp. cayenne and 1/2 tsp. salt. My friends have asked for the recipe. Thank you.
