Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Excellent recipe. I've made this a couple of times and will definitely continue to make it. My husband tends to be a picky eater (when it comes to my cooking), but he also enjoys this casserole.

Curried Coconut Chicken

This is such a great recipe! I use half regular curry powder, half hot curry powder. Serve over rice, great meal.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Wish I read more reviews before making this recipe. I cooked the pork for 6 hours and they were horribly dried out. The sauce was overwhelmingly soy sauce. Couldn't taste any of the other flavors. Always looking for an easy slow cooker recipe, but will not try this one again.

Gingered Pork Chops in Orange Juice

I don't know what went wrong, but this recipe was terrible. The pork came out terribly tough and the sauce had absolutly no flavor. I followed the recipe as stated, but wouldn't be tempted to try again.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Slow Cooker Lentil Rice Soup

I was so disappointed in this recipe as I'm always looking for slow cooker recipes. I put in a bit more liquid than called for, but it still came out as a cooker full of goopy stuff with no liquid at all.
