Easy Meatloaf

This is a very easy to make and I usually double it so we have leftovers for sandwiches! I started to add strips of bacon to cover the top for some extra flavor and also use seasoned bread crumbs and a couple cloves of garlic. My husband loves it cold and 5yr old son will eat it which makes me happy!

this dish is very easy to make and tastes like something you would order out. the only thing that i changed that made it even tastier is that i used 1/4 cup of white wine to deglaze the pan instead of the chicken broth.

Pan De Sal I

overall the bread was good, but did not taste like the pan de sal i had growing up. it seemed like it was missing something and was more like a plain dinner roll.
