Orange Coconut Salmon

Reviewed: May 23, 2003
Very easy and delicious! My husband, who made a face when I told him we were having Salmon, had 2 pieces!!! After 15 minutes the fish looked done but the coconut was still white so I put the broiler on for just one minute and it toasted the coconut on top very nicely, it really looked great when served!! I'll definitely make this again!

Garlic Chicken

Easy and Delicious, I doubled the garlic as well, also let the garlic sit in the warm olive oil for about an hour before using it to get the most flavor! I will make this again and again!!! Thanks Carol!!

Chicken Cashew Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2004
This is Deelicious!! Since I was in a big hurry, I used "Marzetti Slaw Dressing",which is very similar in taste to the mayo/vinegar/sugar recipes and canned white meat chicken. My picky eaters even gobbled this up! Thanks Mary!

Fantastic!! My family loved this , very easy too. I bought frozen, already prepared raw shrimp which made the prep very simple. Used less salt and more garlic...DEElicious!

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2005
Wow, this was fantastic!! I made a 14 pound roast!!Christmas dinner for 16 people. My first time ever cooking prime rib, I was a nervous wreck as it was over $100.00 slab of meat! It came out incredibly good, everyone raved over it. Do use a good meat thermometer and take it out at 145, it seems to keep cooking even after you take it out of the oven! I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks!

Basic Ham and Bean Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Great, easy too! I put everything in my pressure cooker at once since I didn't have alot of time and it was done to perfection in 2 hours. Used 4 cups veggie broth and 4 cups water, left the salt out till the end, it didn't need much. Thanks, I'll be making this again!
