I wish I could give this more than five stars! My family DEVOURED this dip! In fact, I have to make it at least twice a week for them to be happy! We use fat-free sour cream, which tastes just as good, but we cancel that out by using real bacon, that I have to "bit" by hand. :) And Spice Island chives, rather than fresh - gives it kind of a different taste, but still just as great! Another good tip is to let it sit for at least 20min. in the fridge after it's all stirred together - just so the flavors have a chance to mix and soak into the sour cream!
