Finally mastered the whole cooking concept and love to make homemade meals for everyone! It's quite the challege to make things healthy and lower in fat but I'm up to it!

Watching my mother-in-law prepare a meal (she's an awesome cook), trading recipes with my sister-in-law and coming up with new ones.

Mastering the grill when the husband isn't home to do the grilling for me. Sounds trivial but I will walk over nails so I don't have to use the thing...

Creamy Hot Cocoa
WOW this is awesome! I'm sipping some right now as I review this recipe. Used only 1/2 cup sugar, dark chocolate cocoa and instead of vanilla I used flavored half & half. I topped it with frozen whipped cream. My picky son loved it and my 7 year old neighbor said it was the best hot cocoa he ever had. Thank you I will be using this again and again!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Very nice frosting! Used more sugar to cut the tartness of the cream cheese. I had to omit the nuts since my neighbor has a nut allergy so instead of vanilla I used a walnut liqueur. It really added a nice flavor. I will be using this recipe again - thanks!

Vegan Cupcakes
Best cake recipe EVER! This was for my husbands birthday and he loved it! Had to use regular milk (out of the almond) and we put it in an 8x8 for a larger cake instead of cupcakes. We also put rainbow sprinkles in the batter for fun. Still turned out moist, delicious and awesome! I'll try it again with the almond milk. I'll be using this recipe again and again and again! Thank you!
