Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2005
There is a well-known store that sells a mix for molten cake for $24. This recipe tops that mix! Very easy, and super good.

Shortbread Cookies IV

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2007
I made this with a group of afterschool kids, and it was a big hit. We dipped the cookies in chocolate, which made them crumble a little bit, but it was still delicious and fun to do with kids.

Shrimp Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
This was so good. To simplify things, I made rice in the microwave, added salsa to it, and then cooked it in a frying pan for a few minutes to crisp it up. It saved a lot of time.

Toasted Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2005
I've made this bread a dozen times, but without the mozzarella. I toast half a loaf and put the other half in the freezer for the next week. Excellent!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2004
My family and I loved this! I made these the night after I came back from Tuscany where I was eating like a king, and they tasted as good as anything I had there.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2004
This was very good. I used whole wheat bread, and non-fat milk, and it still tasted good. I also used three eggs, and soaked the raisins in brandy for extra flavor.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2003
This was very good. I took advice from another recipe and added a tsp salt to the shredded zucchini, put it on a plate, then put a frying pan on top for 20 minutes to press and drain the water out.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: May 26, 2003
Excellent! I was skeptical with all the hype in the ratings, but it definitely lived up to it. Next time I will use dry rosemary- it wasn't worth buying a bunch of it for only a teaspoon. I also used part-skim dairy where I could.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2003
I thought this was very good. I mixed the brown nsugar and ketchup in instead of putting it in the bottom, and also drained the fat using a trivet. Definitely will make this again.

Spinach and Mushroom Pinwheels

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
These were really popular at my party. I really liked the pastry part of these, however I'm only giving it 4 stars because I felt the filling was a bit dry.
