Corn Chowder

My husband made this today instead of the normal one we usually make. With no bacon my nose said they could not be good. Both my picky daughter and myself loved this and with the fat cut who could not be happy?

Pig Picking Cake II

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Very good and less sweet recipe. I did need to add additional cup of powered sugar and then added a bit of heavy cream to make it frost easier on the cake and just a little more sweet, but not too sweet as most Cream Cheese frostings are.

Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

made this using HJONES999 changes and did not have 3 pans and used 2 which took almost 45 minutes at 350 degrees to bake. Very good had nothing but rave reviews, but will try this again after purchasing my 3rd pan in a couple of weeks for a dear friends birthday. Thank you!

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

piped this frosting and had to add more powdered sugar (2 cups) and then made chocolate batch using 1/2 cup good cocoa powder. Great recipe and very good taste!

Awesome and simple recipe. I have made this twice and found that adding the water was not necessary. I make a double batch and put the leftovers in the freezer which tastes marvelous.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This recipe was a sensation at our football party this weekend. It was the second time I have made and it just comes out perfect each time. I bake it on a pizza stone and used the Easy Pizza Sauce III found on this website also. Thank you for a keeper of a recipe.

Great dish simple and to add a bit more flavor I added Mrs Dash and had precooked the potatoes a bit to do better on time. This will be a winner for my hubby that is for sure.

Stuffed Strawberries

Awesome recipe that adds fanciness to any meal or event. I added almond extract as I did not have the orange on hand and hope to try that next time and I added chocolate on top. Yummy yummy!!!! My guests at the shower loved this.

I made this for a Nonna Shower today and all the guests raved over and over about this recipe. I had forgot to put the spinach in and it still tasted great. The flavor is excellent! Highly recommend any and all to try. Thank you for a great recipe!
