Man Pleasin' Jambalaya

I asked the butcher for smoked sausage and he gave me andouille susage which was good. I made the recipe as stated and found the sausage gave heat but the meal lacked flavor.

Aunt Carol's Spinach and Fish Bake

I will address the time and temp. I baked at 350 for 30-35 minutes. I took a reviewers advice and just put the cheese on top(on my piece I didn't add the cheese to save the fat and calories)spinach mix on bottom was delicious, we enjoyed the meal

Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

I used a 3 pound brisket and after 3 hours, the meat thermometer was already 190 degrees?? I served immediately and it was still delicious, I think I'll put it on a lower rack in the oven or take it down to 300 degrees.

Manicotti Italian Casserole

I omitted the sausage (ground beef, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni was enough of a heart attack)I used fresh mushrooms crumbled into smaller pieces. Husband really liked it.

followed the advice of others and used flavored bread crumbs instead of flour.I used skim milk and did not put any butter on. I used tilapia filets. Cooked for 15 minutes and broiled for 5 minutes. came out perfectly moist.

delicious easy recipe especially with precut onions,celery and green pepper from the produce dept. I added another pound of shrimp(large)and used a 15 ounce tomato sauce. I loved the taste as is,my husband added some more dashes of hot pepper to his.
