I love drinking smoothies. It replaces the coffee in the morning and it is very tasty. There are many different ways on how to make a smoothie.
Banana - Blueberry smoothie
3 small handfuls of fresh blueberries (washed, before adding to blender)
1 cup of Naked Green Machine
2 Tablespoons of Flax Seed
1 cup of Greek Yogurt (Fruit on bottom) I used blueberry today.
Add Ice ( 3-6 cubes)
Blend on Ice Crush in Ninja (or your blender at home, if you have a smaller blender, you might want to cut the ingredients in half). Then Blend for a few more seconds, and Wallah.. A delicious smoothie.
