Last night I made Grecian
Pork Tenderloin. Instead of grilling it, like the recipe called for. I tried it in the oven. (After reading reviews below.) I added a little bit more of Olive Oil, to blend out the tartness in the mixture. I am very proud of myself. This came out very
delicious and tender. My boyfriend helped out in the kitchen as well, as I stumble across about what to cook with the tenderloin. He came up with Pinto Beans and White Rice. He added Cumin, Paprika, Chicken Broth, and some salt. It came out very delicious
I enjoy cooking and experimenting. I enjoy checking out recipes on here. There are a lot of great ideas on here. I usually experiment. I don't really measure. I know I should, but with spices, it is just great with adding a little bit here, and a little
bit there. It comes out tasty when you just experiment as well as following the directions. I am glad that I can learn different styles and eat tasty recipes and soon share them with family and friends.
