Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2013
I very much enjoyed this! I didn't really measure the mayo or parm cheese, just dumped it in a bowl with diced artichokes and spread over the chicken. I was afraid it was too dry, so I added a little water in the bottom of the pan and bakes for 50 minutes at 375! Made with yellow rice. Yum!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2013
VERY TASTY! I've never really eaten meatloaf before, but I really enjoyed this. The thought of ketchup on my meat scared me, even though I love ketchup. Love the sweet taste from the brown sugar! I did use panko breadcrumbs instead of crackers. I also put the sauce on top.

My banana bread didn't have much flavor too it. I think I should of added more cinnamon and vanilla extract. I also had to keep it in the oven for an extra 20 minutes. Still tasty tho!

Coconut Shrimp I

Pretty tasty. I used coconut milk instead of beer. I fried in a pot of vegetable oil. The coconut shrimp tasted almost like it was a little stale... I dipped in my jalapeno jelly which was delicious!
