Honey Bun Cake I

Not only was this easy, it was also very delicious. It does not taste like a cake mix. I did not change the recipe at all, but I did use a bundt pan and sprayed it with nonstick cooking spray in order to take it out of the pan while warm. Thank you for sharing this!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Not so much. Maybe this was a poor decision on my part, however I found this to be very greasy. The combination of the two should have been an indicator that this would be oily and it was. If you do not mind extremely greasy foods, this is an excellent recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins

This recipe did not rise as high as other muffin recipes that I have tried and the crumb topping could use more butter. Thanks anyway for sharing.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Great recipe! I took these to work and one coworker asked me why don't I pursue opening a bakery and a second is convinced that baking is my calling. I work at a plant and people from various departmens come into my department for different needs. Associates who did not talk to me before are extra friendly after eating these muffins. I have made these 4 times: three with blueberries and once with chocolate chips and walnuts. DO NOT use frozen blueberries as a substitute because the muffins will not be as moist and to a certain extent hard. The chocolate chips and walnuts are awesome! Thanks again.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

I would give this recipe a 10 if I could. I have made it twice and took it to work and got rave reviews and people asking me to make more. What I really like about this recipe is that it reheats well. Once taking out of the refrigerator, I can microwave a loaf for about 2 minutes and have moist, warm banana nut bread. Thank you!

Simple White Cake

I originally gave this recipe a 5 and unfortunatley I had to change it to a 3. This recipe makes awesome cupcakes but a terrible cake. I increased the milk as suggested by the other reviewers and had light fluffy cupcakes. The do have a flour typee taste if eaten right out of the oven but does taste like a sugar cookie once cooled. The cake version of this was terrible. I did not rise and looked more like sweet bread. With each version I sifted the flour. I like the simplicity and the affordability of the ingredients, but I will not make this one again.
