Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Delicious! I took suggestion from previous note and added a can of cream of chicken soup which made it thicker. I also added more noodles. I had some red bell pepper on hand, so added it in for some extra flavor -- also made it more colorful and appealing!

World's Best Key Lime Pie

Made this for a dessert social at church and saw lots of people with a slice on their plate. I only brought home one small piece! I especially liked this because its easy and doesn't require a lot of ingredients.

German Apple Cake I

Had our first piece right out of the oven. My husband said it was divine! He was talking about it 30 minutes after we ate it! I used the suggestion to only use 1/2 cup oil and 1 1/2 cups sugar and to put half the batter in an 8x8 pan and the other half for 10 cupcakes. I had planned on freezing the cupcakes, but I don't think they'll hang around long enough to get into the freezer! I drizzled some icing I made with ~1 1/2 T. margarine, ~1/3 c. powdered sugar, and ~1/4 tsp. almond extract. (I didn't measure to make the icing; modify to taste.) I'll be making this again!

Southern Living Magazine's Chicken-Fried Steak

My husband absolutely loved this from the first bite! He said it was the best country fried steak he'd EVER had! And it was easier than any other methods I've tried. I'll be making this often!

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Made this for Sunday School and got several compliments. Good consistency. I used brown sugar and Pampered Chef's "Cinnamon Plus" (which includes clove, orange peel, and other spices) for the filling. This is a keeper!

Chicken Vicious

My husband loved this! I did have to adjust the vinegar/sugar to taste (more sugar). I didn't add the green onions. Definitely serve over rice.

Apple Orchard Punch

I made this for a bridal shower. I didn't do the sliced apple decoration. Very easy to make and a great taste. I'll definitely keep this recipe and use again.
