Kate's Easy German Sauerbraten
I cried and enjoy each time I chew the stew. On the side of awesome Red Cabbage. I wish to add potato salad, but look at those cook is large for two people. We thankful for to keep ourselves because it does taste like we ate the restaurant! The only thing I removed is celery, because I do not recall at the restaurant have that recipe to cook.

French Onion Soup Gratinee
This recipe is just GREAT! I have try different recipe but this one is just perfect to enjoy. I am impress and will adjust next time. I think that onions for "LARGE" may need specific measure because its lot onions, I woud like taste broth too. I will try 2 LARGE onions for next time. I think I am going to make for rest fall season. I use the corton from Texas Road bag that can found at Wal Mart, but depend on your location. Again, it just not long cook as I remember my mom made that take forever for her to cook. This one is just jiffy to cook. The only thing I change is not fresh herb but dried herb. I use ONE Table of thyme leaves and TWO Table of parsley. Also paprika in mix with vinegar. Thank you for share recipe!
