Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

I have made this many times. I add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste in the crumb mixture before adding the oil. Also, dry your pork loin well so that the mixture will stick to the meat.

Margaret's Southern Chocolate Pie

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

This an excellent recipe. A little trick is to drain rings on a brown paper bag and keep in low oven until all rings are ready to serve.

Pumpkin Pie Bars by EAGLE BRAND®

This is a large dessert which is great for the holidays coming up. Definitely spray or grease pan. I added one teaspoon vanilla to pumpkin mixture. Also, did not have allspice so used 1/4 tsp ginger and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. And, yes, it is best served warm but it is still very tasty cold. This is a wonderful, delicious dessert I would give it ten stars if I could.

Orange Juice Cake

This cake is outstanding. I had coconut cream pudding on hand; so, used that plus substituted water with Sunny D drink. Cut the glaze by 1/3. Used 1/2 on cake while hot and then the other 1/2 after the cake had cooled 15 min. Also, used Sunny D in glaze.

Fluffy Instant Donuts

I am going to try this recipe but instead of powdered sugar, I am going to roll the donuts in a granulated sugar/cinnamon mixture. I'll let you know how it comes out.
