Sausage, Kale, and White Bean Soup

Instead of linguica, I used chourico (spicy Portuguese sausage) which gives the soup the added kick and enhances the flavor without adding hot sauce. You will need to remove the casing before slicing the chourico.

Broccoli Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Clams and Chourico

Great recipe and was an instant hit. One major note is to use pure Portuguese chourico, not spanish or mexican, for a truly delicious flavor!

Baked Beans II

This is a winner. Made it for the 4th of July cookout and everyone raved how great it was. My son, who has hated every baked bean recipe I've made to date, actually complimented me on them and stated that it was a keeper for all future cookouts.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

T Bird's Beef Jerky

The best I have tasted. Everyone at work waits anxiously until I make another batch. I've tried other recipes but this one has them beat by far. Thanks for sharing. For true spice lovers 1/2 teas. of Dave's Insanity hot sauce does the trick.

Cheese Ball I
