Double Chili Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2004
Perfect football party food! I substituted chopped jalapenos (from a jar) for half the green chiles, though, adds some more spice!

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2004
Just like Mom used to make! Well, she still does, too.... I don't pre-cook the meat, though. I have also stuffed tomatoes in the same pan for my brother who doesn't like peppers.

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken

Yummy! Very easy to make, too. My husband generally doesn't like lemon juice, I didn't tell him it was in there and he loved it! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2004
Great recipe! We ended up needing more bacon and pineapple. I didn't have any green onion on hand, so I added some minced garlic instead. Also marinated the bacon & pineapple, and some yellow onion too. My husband and I both loved it! Will make this one again, thanks!!

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
This was pretty good, I have made it twice. The second time I made it I reduced the tomato sauce, increased the (chunky!) salsa, added some chopped jalapenos (we like really spicy food!) and some pinto beans.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
Wonderful! I love this recipe! I had gotten this recipe from a girl at work and make it often. I have to make two batches so my husband lets one out of the house!

Armadillo Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2004
These were a huge hit at the last Super Bowl party! We loved them, I had tons of requests for the recipe and I've been told I have to bring them every year! I used jarred jalapenos and hot sausage, they were even hotter the next day. Stuffing the peppers is time consuming and I will wear gloves next time as my hands burned after making a double-batch, but the response was worth it! I served these with a jalapeno-ranch dressing (will post the recipe soon. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Angelyn's Marinade

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2003
My husband discovered this recipe and it turned out really great on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I used white cooking wine so it was a bit salty and used 1 tablespoon dried cilantro. A keeper!
