About this Cook
My cooking triumphs
I made spaghetti when I was about 12. This is the day I learned I liked cooking. I liked how my family reacted and feeling good that I got something right and with ease.
My cooking tragedies
Well... Don't ask me to bake brownies from scratch. Every time I've tried to make them they came out TAN in color and had the flavor of oatmeal. Not bad, but not brownies either. I haven't tried to make brownies in about 10 years.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
I love this recipe. I make it all the time especially when I've got my cousins kids over here, they have so much fun helping. We use a pizza cutter to cut into bite size pieces. We also like to dip in butter after they are done cooking but what's best is using softened CREAM CHEESE as a dip :D

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
Thinking it was going to be like pancake batter I started making it in my Ninja I ended up transfering to a bowl and got nice "DOUGHY" mix. I used XL eggs and an all natural peanut butter (it comes with a layer of peanut oil on top I highly suggest emptying the jar and mixing it very well) Maybe it has something to do with your peanut butter?? I can't imagine why people are getting thin dough. I also added chocolate chips. (Tip: if you are low on flour you can use oatmeal instead, tastes just fine in cookies. Just grind it up very well. No baking powder? 1 tsp baking powder = 1/4 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp cream of tartar Those were two "uh-ohs" I saw) 4 stars because the taste is lacking. Not gross, but not ... peanut butter cookie flavored
