I doubled this recipe since I had an 8+ lb. pork shoulder and it came out delicious! This recipe reallyrocks! Not only did we enjoy it but our company loved it and so did a picky 3 year old and 7 year old. That's impressive :0) I cooked mine for 8 hours on low, shredded it and then put it into a 12-inch saucepan with the juices to reduce...which worked out wonderfully. It not only flavored the pork even more, but created a thicker sauce for our sandwiches. I will be making this again very soon and can only hope I have leftovers this time around!
