Made exactly as recommended. A very delicious meal. We had it with salad and fruit. Enough to feed 2 adults and 2 small children.

Very good. I made this the night before, chilled in fridge over night, and baked the time stated in casserole the next day. Followed recipe exactly.

VERY good. Use the juices to dip your sandwich in. Also good to warm up the next day with barbecue sauce on it.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2004
YUMMY! I made exactly according to recipe, using the 1/4 cup measurement and the 12 minute cooking time and these are amazing, big cookies. Mine made 15 cookies. Not a big peanut butter taste, just enough to know it is there.

Tomato Enchilada Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2004
I did not have a can of tomatoes so I used fresh tomatoes. Would have been even better with the canned tomatoes because it was a little dry.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: May 28, 2004
By far the best muffins I have ever tasted anywhere. My 6 yr old daughter and I made them together. She was so proud that she made something that tasted so good (because everyone who tried one was raving).

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Reviewed: May 21, 2004
5 stars on the night I made it - delicious and creamy. 1 star for the leftovers - for some reason it becomes really greasy, we could not eat the leftovers. Next time I will cut the recipe down to only make what we will eat that night.

Darn Good Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2004
Very good - even better warmed up the next day. I cut the chili powder to 2 Tblsp and I was glad I did but some may like it hotter and I only simmered for 45 minutes.

Very good. Made recipe exactly as is. Made with Jay's signature pizza crust as others recommended. Made enough for a 13x9 pizza with a little left over.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2004
Very good. Made recipe exactly as is but cut it in half as recommended by others that did not want to make a huge pizza. 1/2 of the recipe made a 13x9 pan no stretching required.

I thought this was delicious on toast - even warmed up the next day. The rest of my family doesn't like it too much but I will make again because I do.

Very good. My daughter (7) and I split the frosting between 5 bowls and made different colors then decorated the cookies. Great tasting and fun to make!
