Jeannie's Famous Potato Hamburger Casserole

Reviewed: May 30, 2003
I liked this alot! I used LITE sour cream instead of the heavy cream to reduce the calories & it made it terrific! Alot like stroganoff!!! I will definitely make it again!

Crunchy Turkey Salad

Reviewed: May 28, 2003
I found this to be missing something but don't know what! Maybe adding a bit more honey would be good! Will try again to see if I can come up with a bit of a change! Basic recipe OK but needs more!

Carol's Chicken Chili

Reviewed: May 28, 2003
This is fabulous! My 8 year old son tasted it before I served it and said it needed to be spicier so I added a bit more spices (the way I like it, too!)! I did cube the chicken which made it easier! But the recipe was great! Great alternative to beef (or just bean) chili! *****

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: May 28, 2003
First off this was GREAT! instructions were a bit confusing but not too hard to figure out what she meant! I used mild enchilada sauce but it seemed to be too bland so I added some chili powder to it. My suggestion is, if you like it a bit spicy use Medium Green chili sauce! My son and husband (me, too) loved it! I will definitely be making it again!!!!!!!

Navy Bean Soup I

Reviewed: May 18, 2003
This was absoultely fantastic! Everyone loved it! I soaked the beans overnight so this reduced the time to cook it. It really cooked very fast that way. I used turkey ham in place of the regular ham and you couldn't tell any difference. This is definitely a recipe that will be used over and over again by me!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: May 18, 2003
This was so.... good! Instead of all the oil (I used only about 1/4 t.), I added 1/4C. non-fat plain yogurt and I also used Nutrasweet sweetner instead of the sugar. By eliminating the sugar and oil the calories were reduced. This makes for a great lo-cal salad but it doesn't taste lo-cal.
