Good recipe but after reading over some of the reviews I tweaked it just slightly. I did not completely drain nor rinse the beans, I left in some the juice for flavor and moisture. I also added fresh garlic, more cilantro, and oregano. Also, i let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes and then added the cream cheese and let that cook for 10 minutes. As for final prep, I made ground beef cooked with the chopped green peppers and garlic, rolled up with rice, and mexican blend cheese. AWESOME!
also, it makes for a great dip when you just can't hold another burrito in! yum!
