Slippery Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
O.M.G. This was so delicious. I wanted to try a "different" shrimp recipe -- something other than grilled or scampi and came across this recipe. I was a little leary at first of a shrimp recipe with ketchup in it, but you don't taste the ketchup. The ingredients blend together and make a thick sauce. Perfect with rice or pasta, and some fresh vegetables. I was so full, but I just couldn't throw out the last two shrimp, so I ate them! Hubby (who is as picky as they come) ate every last bite and told me to make it again -- soon! My mouth is watering just thinking about this dish.

Potato Latkes I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
I took the suggestions of others and used matzoh meal instead of flour, added more onions and used one egg. My daughter who has tried latkes before and doesn't like them tried one of these -- and then took a second. Excellent.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2012
This was EXCELLENT. I added another can of soup (cream of mushroom) and also added fresh mushrooms. The best chicken Cordon Bleu I have ever had!

Yummy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
Excellent. In the flour mix I add some Montreal Chicken seasoning for a little more flavor. And I added about a quarter cup of wine in with the apple juice. Cooked it for less time and it was very moist. Served it with roasted potatoes and a ceasar salad.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
OMG, this was DELICIOUS. I cut the chicken into strips and whenever I make a pasta and chicken dish, the chicken is finished and not the pasta but this was the opposite even for my son who is not "thrilled" about pasta. The sauce is so good, you don't need the chiken. Next time, I may just try sauteeing the chicken in some seasoning, making the sauce and cooking the pasta and then putting all the "parts" together and serve. Will make extra sauce next time.
