Just made this frosting, yummy! I read other reviews regarding just reading the directions on the recipe and beating for about 3 minutes. I used about 4 tablespoons of milk and it is nice, fluffy, and so good!

Coconut Poke Cake

This cake was so yummy! I couldn't find cream of coconut at the local grocery store so I used a can of light coconut milk and it was great. I toasted the coconut and it was delicious! Everyone loved it, even people who said they don't typically like coconut!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This was a great recipe. I made 4 mini loaves. I always use pumpkin pie spice in place of cinnamon in my quick breads and it was yummy!

Berry Bliss Cake

This was very easy and yummy. I used raspberries and strawberries. The only hard part was cutting it and keeping it all held together. Very good dessert though!

Easy Fruit Cobbler

What an easy recipe! I made mine with 2 cups of mixed berries and then sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top before baking. Turned out great!

Frosted Banana Bars
