Mom's Zucchini Bread
Delicious but very sweet. Tastes much more like a dessert than a tea bread, which is what I was expecting. I had to use a combination of flours because I hadn't realized I was low on everything -- ended up using 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 cup white cake flour. Used raisins instead of walnuts, which probably added to the sweetness. Definitely will make again but I may try it with 1/2 c. less sugar.
