Parmesan Fondue

We serve fondue every year on Christmas Eve. I'm experiment each year with a different recipe, because it's never been perfect, until now! This will be our new staple. It's delicious and easy. We had 9 people for dinner and ate it all, so I will double or triple next year. I served with little smokies, meatballs, French bread, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms. YUMMY!!!

D's Famous Salsa

Really great and so easy recipe. Not quite enough heat for me. I'm going to add canned jalapenos next time, rather than the chiles. I also added the whole bunch of cilantro. I don't like chunky salsa, so this is perfect. It came together in about five minutes and tasted better after a day or two in the fridge. I think I'll make up another batch for Father's Day. Thanks for sharing.

Land of Nod Cinnamon Buns

This recipe is delicious and embarassingly easy! I've made in the bundt pan, but it rose over the pan during the night. I baked with a baking sheet underneath just to be sure. The last time I tried in a 9x13 pan, and it worked perfectly. Rich, buttery and divine. This one's a keeper!

This is a delicious, satisfying, all-in-one dish weeknight meal. I made without any adjustments, but it does have potential to adjust to suit your family's taste.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This is sooo delicious. I really like the addition of tomatoes. It adds a very fresh and light taste against the heavy sauce. This makes a big pan of sauce versus the lb of fettucine. So, you'll have great leftovers.

Ginny's Cauliflower and Pea Salad

This salad is delicious! I really liked the sour cream dressing. I made it the night before and the texture was great. I doubled the recipe for a graduation crowd. It was a big hit.

Avocado Salsa

This was a very chunky salsa, so I added about a 1/2 c of italian dressing with the avacados. Everyone at our little Superbowl party really liked it.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This was a great make ahead meal. It goes together very easily and requires very little prep work. It make a big batch of soup, so I freezed the rest. When I reheated the frozen batch I added some a couple cups of cooked elbow macaroni. It was delicious. I think rice would be a nice addition also. Thanks for a great new keeper.
