This potato salad turned out great! I made very few modifications -- only green onions instead of yellow (per other reviewers) and I used half mayo and half sour cream (gave it more of a "loaded baked potato" taste). I was also in a rush, so I chopped the potatoes first and pressure cooked them for 4 minutes. Will definitely do this one again!

I followed the recipe exactly, and it was good, but not great. Will follow the advice of the other reviewers by draining the relish and horseradish (mine was pretty runny). Also, add your horseradish a little at a time -- I think my horseradish was a little stronger than most prepared horseradishes, and it was a little overpowering in the recipe. Will back off a bit next time.

The apples were AWESOME over vanilla ice cream. I followed the advice of some other reviewers and added some vanilla. Can't wait to try them on pancakes!

This was fantastic -- my family loved it! I used a bit more cheese than it called for (can never have too much cheese), and I made sure to cut the potatoes and onions as thin as I could (also helped with the cooking time). Only suggestion that I have is to make sure you use a stronger cheese. I used mild cheddar, and it didn't quite have enough zing for me. Next time will try medium or sharp.

This recipe was AWESOME. It was so good that my husband went back to the leftovers just 1.5 hours after dinner! I did make some minor changes based on what I had in the house (parm instead of romano like the other reviewers), but the big change I made was to use kale instead of spinach. I would definitely recommend the kale -- its not as wilty as spinach, holds up better in leftovers, and adds a nice different bit of texture to the dish. Also, I did keep the amount of meat recommended in the recipe, and would definitely do both the sausage and ground beef. It's meaty, but oh so good (and I'm not a huge meat person)!

This has become a regular for our family. Substitute more crushed red pepper for the chile paste, and I add a lot more ginger and garlic for a bolder taste.

I brought this to a party and it was a big hit - with such a big salad, there was none to bring home! I did alter the dressing a bit by adding a dash more lemon juice and a little over a tsp of salt.
