Florentine Artichoke Dip

This recipe is excellent as is....not sure why everyone is changing it! I let the cream cheese soften for a couple hours and then use an electric hand mixer to blend the cream cheese with the lemon juice and mayo - then just stir in the rest of the ingredients. Using fresh lemon juice is key....i also throw in the zest from the lemon! Excellent!

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

Excellent recipe! Definitely use fresh lemon juice and using some of the zest makes a huge difference. There's really no reason to cover the fish while baking and sprinkling with bread crumbs gives you a nice crispy crust!
