Easy Grilled Zucchini

Oh yeah! This is the only way to cook zucchini. Try it with some grated parmesan on it! You will love it!

Mulholland's Idaho Chili

So good! Had to leave out the jalapenos so substituted a green pepper and tomatoes w/adobo flavoring for 1/4 of the tomatoes. After taking out 2 quarts fot "the wimps," added 3 Tbsp Sriracha sauce to the rest! Yimmy, This will be my new "go to" recipe for chili. Thanx so much!

Ashley's African Peanut Soup

I have a similar recipe I've made for years using chicken thighs and we've loved that, so I was eager to try this. I followed the recipe exactly and loved it, but will make a few changes in the future, namely to use maybe half again of all the spices, to cook the rice separately and add at the end (it got really thick, more like a chili), and use smaller sweet potatoes (although, as a previous reviewer said, the sweet potatoes really make it). Great recipe!

Blue Cheese and Dried Cranberry Tossed Salad

I've made this three times in the past two weeks, once with Romaine, once with iceberg blend and once with spinach. We liked the spinach best. Made w/o cukes and didn't miss 'em a bit. This is definitely a keeper!

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Oh my gosh! It's foolproof! And adaptable. I've added cranberries and pecans to make a loaf that is perfect for turkey and/or ham sandwiches. Such an easy recipe!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Wow! Every once in a while a recipe comes along that you know was meant for you. This is one of those. Didn't change a thing except to pound the chicken to make it more evenly thick throughout. And you're going to want more of that fabulous sauce.
