Carrot Cake III
I made this cake and the icing and it was out of this world yummy, My husband want me to make it again and my sister want one also, I did not change anything about the recipe, but I would like to cut the sweetnes down on the icing, I only used 2 cups of powdered sugar and that seem to be too sweet fr me so maybe next time I will try using more cream cheese aand less sugar, but other it was yummy and out of this world good .....
