Won Ton Snacks
This was awesome! After reading the reviews, and looking at the amount that 2 pounds of sausage would make, I halved the entire recipe, with the exception of the peanut sauce, and I actually used 3/4 cup. It still made 48 snacks! I used reduced fat sausage and made everything the night before, stuffing the wrappers right before everyone arrived. They were a complete hit! I will certainly make again!

Chicken and Corn Chili
Very easy and versatile recipe. I didn't have a full jar of salsa, so I substituted and used 1/2 cup salsa, 1 can of diced tomatoes and a can of chicken broth. I combined that with all of the seasonings in the recipe and let the chicken marinate overnight. Then I cooked it all day long and it turned out perfect! Great low-fat recipe!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
Awesome! The kiddos loved it (1 1/2 and 2 1/2) and I thought it was a super easy sidedish to prepare with grilled chicken and veggies. I used 1/2 the potatoes, 3/4 stick butter, a full can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 1/2 cup cheese. I omitted the onion because I didn't have one on hand, but added onion powder and garlic powder. Delish!!! Will certainly make it again!
