Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread
This is excellent as is, but when I've made alterations it's wonderful too. I make it in the bread machine, just reversing the order of ingredients from wet to dry and use the large loaf setting. Very moist and delicious. My family is spoiled now and only wants this recipe - thanks for sharing!

Amazingly Good Eggnog
I'm not an eggnog drinker and I loved it. My son loves eggnog and he said it's the best he's had. I pretty much made it as directed except I didn't have any cloves, and used allspice berries instead. I also just used more milk instead of cream to make it a little more healthy (ha ha!)My son drank it like that and I just added rum to my glass as needed. If you are going to make it without rum, drop the sugar back a bit. I found it plenty sweet if you weren't adding that in. As written, it's fabulous!

Baked Potato Soup V
This was excellent, everyone loved it. I only made minor changes - 6 spuds instead of 9 and I slightly undercooked them in the microwave and then cut them into small hunks when cooled. Then once I had the soup base thickened, I threw it all in the crockpot for several hours on low until the potatoes were totally cooked.
