The spiciness of this recipe must depend on what kind of hot sauce you're using. I used Tabasco Pepper Sauce and since I'd read reviews that this came out too spicy, I started using only 1/4th the called-for hot sauce. It was DE-LICIOUS! The family loved it. Great with Margaritas. I steamed sugar snap peas and tossed them with the chicken and sauce and made white rice to serve over. I also doubled the sauce. I can't rave enough about this dish. JUST ADD THE HOT SAUCE A LITTLE AT A TIME TO SUITE YOUR TASTE!
