Sweet 'N Sour Meatballs

I have been making this for years but only use 1 jar of chili sauce & 1/2 of a large, or all of a small jar of jelly per pound of meatballs. I sometimes add a small can of sauerkraut ! I use frozen meatballs most of the time.

Banana Cream Pie IV

I made this for a last minute family get-together today & everyone who was lucky enough to get a slice loved it! I didn't have Vanilla Pudding, & living out in the sticks I used what I had in the pantry, which was Cheesecake Pudding. I also omitted the caramel sauce because, well, I didn't have that either. It was still a huge hit. Next time I will make it exactly by the recipe. Will most likely need more stars to rate it.

Pork Chops to Live For

This was delicious! My intentions were to go by the recipe exactly but I like Adolf's Pork & Poultry seasoning so I did add it to the flour. I also used only 1 can of soup & 1/2 cup of milk & there was plenty of gravy. The other thing that I did, unintentionally, was "blacken" the chops a little but it actually added to the taste. This recipe will be under "favorites" in my Recipe book! Thanks for sharing Jennifer. I meant no disrespect to you or your Mom on tweaking it, just a little. :) I prefer more seasonings on everything.

I always add Catalina along with a little Thousand Island but the rest is whatever I have on hand. There are so many different combinations of ingredients you can use for this salad!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

I made this salad for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it so I prepared a double batch of dressing today, had another salad for lunch, and now have dressing made ahead for the next. I cut the sugar in half, used Balsamic Vinegar and added Kiwi. I think it would be great with almost any fruit and also experimenting various flavors of vinegars. Can't wait to serve it to family and friends. They are going to do flips over this tasty salad!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

I have attempted numerous times to make Brocolli soup & it always turned out too watery & not as tasty as I've had in restaurants. This recipe works for me. Didn't alter one thing but I did add ham cubes. Great combination!
