Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

I've been struggling with cornbread for years. This recipe is awesome but I did sub canola oil for butter. It's two days later and the bread is still moist. I started looking for a recipe like this after receiving horribly dry and crumbly cornbread in a restaurant. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Amish Bread

Fantastic!!! I used King Arthur bread flour and a tablespoon of yeast as I like a more yeasty bread. It had a great crumb and was nice & soft.The taste was terrific.

Pierogi Dough

I've been treyting to make a good pierogi dough for years and this is the first one that worked out great. Followed the directions explicitly including waiting the 2 hours before I rolled it out. I filled it with a homemade recipe of ravioli filling made with fat free cottage cheese and both my wife and myself were very impressed with the whole thing. Thank you so much.
