Quinoa Tabbouleh

I used quite a bit more parsley than the recipe called for as this one is light on the parsley. I also subbed minced fresh garlic for the onion as I am not a fan of onions. Lastly, it was a bit bland, so I added 2 add'l tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar- that did the trick. I will also remove the seeds from my tomatoes next time.
